Growing up in Lebanon, hot sauce became a part of my daily life with a growing passion everyday.

In my Lebanese household, African hot pepper was added to every plate, until I was unable to eat food without it, it was that addictive! Then my family started planting it in our backyard until it became a part of our daily life.
